H2GATECH recently received attention from Yangzhou municipal leaders during a special research visit focused on the development of the local hydrogen energy industry.

On March 31, Wang Jinjian, Secretary of the Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee, led members of the municipal leadership team to visit H2GATECH. During the visit, the delegation toured the company’s production workshop and learned about its research, manufacturing processes, and application progress in key hydrogen energy components.

During the workshop visit, the company introduced its membrane electrode technology, catalyst coating process, proton exchange membrane applications, and fuel cell stack development. Through continuous process optimization, H2GATECH is working to improve the performance, consistency, and manufacturability of core hydrogen energy components.

The visit also highlighted the company’s exploration of hydrogen energy application scenarios through cross-industry cooperation. Hydrogen-powered mobility and drone-related application concepts attracted attention during the on-site demonstration, showing the potential of hydrogen energy in transportation, logistics, emergency response, and distributed power applications.

Municipal leaders recognized the importance of hydrogen energy as part of the clean energy transition and encouraged enterprises to continue strengthening technological innovation, industrial collaboration, and application development. Yangzhou is actively promoting the construction of a hydrogen energy industry ecosystem covering hydrogen production, storage, transportation, refueling, and end-use applications.
